Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped, and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Policy

• You can raise a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

Refund Policy

• If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the product has been received at our warehouse.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

• We offer size exchanges only for dresses.
• If the dress size you ordered doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size within 3 days of delivery.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service with your order details and the size you wish to exchange for.
• The item must be returned in unused and unwashed condition, with all tags intact.
• Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
